Anita DiPietro-Catalani, CEO

Anita DiPietro is a 15-year real estate professional with experience as an appraiser, manager, owner, developer, investor, and broker.

Before starting AED Asset Management, Anita participated in the acquisition, development, management and leasing efforts of a $100+ million residential and commercial real estate portfolio for various real estate investors and developers across the Washington DC and Northern Virginia region. The portfolio contained properties in various asset classes, both residential single family, multifamily, office space and retail.

Anita obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM) and 30 Under 30 Recipient, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Erika Wescott, CFO

Erika grew up in Maryland and spent the greater part of her career as a CPA in Washington DC. She worked as the Finance Director for a real estate development company and the Senior VP of Finance and Strategy for a well known fitness brand.

She has since started her own business in fitness and recently received her real estate license to begin to create her own real estate portfolio in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In her downtime, Erikaspends time with her mini dachshund, Squat and traveling.

Christy Raval, Property Manager

Christy Raval is a member of the Property Management team with experience in commercial real estate, including industrial, retail, and office assets.

Having lived in the DMV area for over 15 years, Christy has a strong understanding of local markets and county compliance requirements. Her focus includes asset optimization, cost reduction, and operational compliance, and she is known for developing effective, client-specific solutions. Christy is currently pursuing her MBA in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and going on nature walks with her husband and dog
